Samsung Electronics has been named a “Top 5 Global Brand” for the fourth consecutive year by global brand consultancy Interbrand. In the list of “Best Global Brands” announced by Interbrand this year, Samsung’s brand value reached $91.4 billion, up 4% year-on-year.

Samsung’s brand value will increase across all business sectors by 2023 despite sluggish demand in the global IT sector. According to Interbrand, factors that positively impacted Samsung Electronics’ assessment include: Consistently improved customer experience across the company based on the “One Samsung” strategy. Increased connectivity and enhanced gaming experiences with a diverse product portfolio and SmartThings applications. The company’s leadership in advanced technologies such as 6G, artificial intelligence (AI), automotive, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), etc.
