The charity journey of Sacombank and Dai-ichi Life Vietnam will continue in 2024 with a series of activities to support patients in difficult circumstances in many provinces and cities across the country with a budget of 1.1 billion VND. 
Specifically, in July and August 2024, through the Ho Chi Minh City Association for the Support of Poor Patients,

Vietnam presented 25 financial support packages and nutritional gifts worth VND 510 million to children undergoing cancer treatment in Ho Chi Minh City; presented 60 wheelchairs worth VND 190 million to people with disabilities in Lang Son province; contributed VND 400 million to coordinate with medical facilities to perform free eye surgery, restoring vision to 240 patients with cataracts in the two provinces of Binh Thuan and Soc Trang.

Charity programs are implemented annually by Sacombank and Dai-ichi Life Vietnam with the desire to share, accompany, and motivate patients during the treatment process, helping them return to normal life soon. Up to now, after 7 years of cooperation, the total budget of the two units for community activities has reached more than 7.4 billion VND.
