Improve digital financial knowledge and skills for young people and students

In the period of 2025-2028, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and Sacombank will cooperate in guiding young people to experience Digital Banking, sponsoring the implementation of digital finance projects, and social security projects for the community.

In 2025, Sacombank will coordinate with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union to organize the 6th Global Vietnamese Young Intellectuals Forum; National Youth Entrepreneurship Forum; "Rural Youth Entrepreneurship Project" Contest; digital finance training for young people in Hanoi; Youth Entrepreneurship Consulting Day; Youth Workers' Festival; programs "Happy Home", "Lighting up the borders of my Fatherland"...

Comrade Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union spoke at the program.

The cooperation contents between the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association and Sacombank focus on improving digital financial knowledge and skills for students; creating conditions for technology application in implementing activities for students; organizing a national Digital Finance Festival, creating knowledge playgrounds, promoting the spirit of breakthrough creation and connecting a strong student community; connecting students with businesses and experts.

In 2025, Sacombank will cooperate with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association to accompany the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign Launch Ceremony, build a digital financial information portal, organize a series of Digital Financial Festivals at universities nationwide, and deploy the "Student Engagement" program (gamification application).

In addition, Sacombank cooperates with the Vietnam Youth Union and the Vietnam Student Association to launch the Healthy Living Fund, aiming to organize community activities and encourage a green and healthy lifestyle. Specifically, for each Sacombank Visa Platinum O2 credit card, EcoGreen Mastercard Debit card, newly opened Sacombank Pay account or successfully approved Green credit loan, Sacombank will contribute from 10,000 to 50,000 VND to the fund.

In the coming time, this bank also plans to coordinate the organization of running competitions, encourage young people to exercise, and continue to contribute to the fund at the rate of 1,000 VND/km that athletes complete.

Representatives of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association and Sacombank signed a cooperation agreement for the period 2025-2028.

Thereby promoting the role and responsibility of young people in participating with all classes of people in carrying out the task of socio-economic development according to the Party's orientation, determined to act to achieve the growth target of 8% or more”, said Comrade Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union.
