Aspiration to develop Vietnam's beverage industry

For many years, many generations of technical staff and brewers of Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation (Sabeco) have always aspired to master technology and develop the Vietnamese beverage industry to be on par with the world.

The idea of the SRC Project was born from the practical needs in the beer production process in the context of the constantly changing market and customer tastes. Sabeco realized that it was necessary to have a beer research and development system at the most in-depth level possible to innovate technology, research and apply new materials and new processes to improve and produce new beer lines, suitable for Vietnamese culinary culture and tastes.

In preparation for the project, many technical staff were also sent by Sabeco to attend the Brewmaster training course in Germany - the cradle of the world beer industry - to improve their knowledge and gain experience. With the desire to fully master the technology and beer production process, including the most specialized and special processes, Sabeco's staff worked with major domestic and foreign partners for 9 months to personally manufacture machinery and install the entire production line using the most modern technology in the world.
