On the afternoon of June 14, Sa Pa town held a conference to announce the project to partially adjust the detailed construction planning of the Northwest Reserve Area (social housing project for low-income people).

Located in the Northwest Reserve Area of ​​Sa Pa town, the social housing project for low-income people in group 3, Phan Si Pang ward is built in the form of a joint venture between two investors, BVB Joint Stock Company and Minh Dien Vital Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

The total land area of ​​the project is 25,371 m2 , the construction area is 40%, including 5 separate blocks with 917 apartments. The project has a total investment of 925 billion VND.

To suit the reality, the investor proposed and the Provincial People's Committee agreed in principle to allow the adjustment of 4,330 m2 of land for the apartment complex (code OCC2) to commercial apartment land (code OCC2-1); the remaining area of ​​land for the OCC2 apartment complex after adjustment is 3,865 m2 . Both plots of land have a maximum construction density of 40%, a maximum height of 46 m, and a maximum number of floors of 13 above-ground floors and 1 basement.

At the announcement, people agreed and hoped that the investor would consider the feasibility of the adjustment; speed up the progress, pay attention to the quality and functionality of the apartment complexes as per the approved design; calculate and offer the lowest floor price, in accordance with the criteria of a housing project for low-income people in Sa Pa town.
