According to GizChina , with a starting price of INR 7,299 (about VND 2.15 million) in the Indian market, the Redmi A3 is actually a surprisingly cheap smartphone when looking at what it owns, including a large 90 Hz screen and a back that looks like imitation leather.
Redmi A3's starting price is only 2.15 million VND
Specifically, the Redmi A3 comes with moderate specifications, still using the Helio G36 as on the Redmi A2. However, the standard version of the product is equipped with 64 GB of internal memory and 3 GB of RAM, an upgrade compared to its predecessor which only had 2 GB of RAM. In addition, users are also provided with the option of 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM combined with 128 GB of internal memory at a higher price.
While the higher RAM doesn’t give the Redmi A3 a huge performance boost over the Redmi A2, it does allow Xiaomi to ship the device with a fuller version of Android instead of the Android Go Edition that the Redmi A2 uses. That means users will get better app support on the Redmi A3.
Front and back design
In addition, the Redmi A3 is equipped with a 6.71-inch screen on the front with HD + resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate (up from 60 Hz on the Redmi A2) to bring a smoother processing experience for applications and user interface. On the back, the device is equipped with an 8 MP main camera combined with a secondary sensor of unknown resolution. Thanks to the "Premium Halo" design, the back of the product looks similar to the high-end Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
Xiaomi equips Redmi A3 with a 5 MP front camera for selfie needs. Users are provided with a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging via USB-C and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
