“Thank you for life” is the theme of the Pasona Group exhibition area at EXPO 2025, with a focus on emphasizing gratitude to the natural world and aiming to realize a society where everyone can play an active role in a healthy and dynamic way.
At the exhibition, Pasona showed an animated film on a special screen system consisting of pillars made of three cubes from large to small stacked on top of each other, with the main screen being the four surrounding faces of those cubes.
The film conveys the message that today's human society is a part of the natural world, and that humanity's continued existence is thanks to nature. However, at some point, humans seem to have begun to take this for granted and forget their gratitude.
The two characters Neo Astro Boy and Black Jack play a leading role in the story from a devastated world until humans join hands to create a new world from the ashes, a society where the health of the body, the health of the mind and the health of society are valued and preserved.
A “happy society” consists of these three components and is the future that humans strive for. Creating a new world where these words of gratitude are spread and passed on to the next generation is the message that Pasona conveys at EXPO 2025.
The “History of Life” area is designed with a large tree shape symbolizing the evolution of life. The inside of the tree trunk is decorated with many layers depicting the history of evolution, the trunk and roots extend underground to symbolize the deep history, and the branches extending from the trunk symbolize the infinite possibilities of the future. At the top of the tree, visitors can catch a glimpse of such a future of the world.
The exhibition will showcase the power possibilities that humans hold, the majesty of the forces of nature and the dynamics of evolution.
Pasona's exhibits also feature ammonite fossils, the fossil remains of a group of extinct marine mollusks. Pasona displays the world's largest ammonite fossil along with many other ammonite fossil specimens.
Through the exhibition, Pasona Group hopes to create a world where everyone, from children to the elderly, is honored and filled with gratitude for life.
Medical technology will be used in future societies to improve human health, helping them to harmonize with the natural world in a positive and dynamic way./.
