The implementation process always closely follows the resolutions, directives, plans and instructions of the Central Military Commission, the General Department of Politics, the Party Committee of Military Region 2 and the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee to promptly supplement and concretize into programs and plans suitable to reality; closely combining the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle...
The theme of studying and following Uncle Ho in 2024 was determined by the Provincial Party Committee. The Provincial Party Committee and Military Command have led and directed Party committees and organizations at all levels to concretize the content into regular resolutions and plans to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; deploy 100% of cadres and Party members to write a commitment to set an example, cultivate, train and strive during the year with specific actions, associated with assigned responsibilities.
