During the period of 2020 - 2025, the Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch, has continuously strived to fulfill its social responsibilities, affirming its pioneering role in spreading the spirit of "leaving no one behind". With the consensus of the staff, union members and employees, the unit has promoted the tradition of "mutual love" and "repaying gratitude". The total budget for social security activities reached nearly 4.5 billion VND. Implementing the movement of the whole country joining hands to build new rural areas, the Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch, has deployed loans for new rural construction, reaching an outstanding loan balance of VND 6,350 billion with 130,545 customers with outstanding loans. At the same time, it has coordinated well with agricultural, forestry and fishery extension agencies in the area to create conditions for the poor and policy beneficiaries to be guided and learn about how to invest loans, do business effectively, develop production and business, improve their lives, and contribute to building new rural areas in Quang Nam. Units that have done well in this work include the Transaction Offices of the Bank for Social Policies in Thang Binh, Bac Tra My, Dien Ban, Nui Thanh, Dai Loc districts, etc.
Regarding the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025", up to now, the Bank for Social Policies, Quang Nam branch has allocated 136 million VND to support the cost of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for policy households, people with revolutionary contributions, relatives of martyrs, and poor and near-poor households in the province. 
The conference also honored and rewarded many outstanding collectives and individuals who have continuously made efforts, contributed to the sustainable development of the Bank for Social Policies, and contributed to the socio-economic development of Quang Nam. At the same time, promote and expand the achievements in the past time; build directions and tasks for emulation and reward work in the period of 2025 - 2030; propose synchronous solutions to organize good implementation, contributing to the excellent completion of tasks assigned by superiors.
