Center back Que Ngoc Hai is one of the new quality recruits announced by Binh Duong Club before the 2023/2024 V-League season.

On September 24, Binh Duong Club organized the signing and introduction of central defender Que Ngoc Hai. The central defender from Nghe An still wears the familiar number 3 shirt at the team in Thu Dau Mot.
Details of the contract were not disclosed by both parties. According to some sources, Que Ngoc Hai received a 12 billion VND signing bonus for a 2-year contract along with a salary of about 100 million VND per month at Binh Duong Club.
Que Ngoc Hai is expected to help Binh Duong's defense increase its solidity. The talent and class of the central defender from Nghe An has been proven after many years of playing in both the V-League and the national team.
Que Ngoc Hai was born in 1993, trained at Song Lam Nghe An, and was promoted to play for Song Lam Nghe An from V-League 2012.
By the end of the 2018 season, he left the Nghe An team to join Viettel Club. He contributed significantly to helping the "descendant of The Cong" win the 2020 V-League championship.
In 2022, Que Ngoc Hai left Viettel to return to his hometown team Song Lam Nghe An. However, Song Lam Nghe An's performance in the past two seasons was not as good as expected and Ngoc Hai once again left to find a new challenge.
Besides Que Ngoc Hai, Binh Duong Club also recruited many other quality rookies such as goalkeeper Vu Tuyen Quang, midfielder Nguyen Hai Huy, Nguyen Van Do.
The team from the land of Thu also re-signed the contract with coach Le Huynh Duc and retained striker Tien Linh. According to the draw results, Binh Duong Club will open the V-League 2023/2024 by hosting Hanoi FC at home.
