The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province has just requested the Department of Construction, the City People's Committee, the Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and the provincial Industrial Parks, under the authority to approve the detailed planning 1/500, to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to review the arrangement of land funds for social housing development in urban and residential area projects that have not previously arranged land funds for social housing development to handle and ensure compliance with regulations.
Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Planning and Investment, the Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and the province's Industrial Parks, the Department of Construction, the District People's Committees, and investors of projects in the coming time, during the process of appraising investment policies for urban and residential area projects, to arrange land funds for social housing development according to regulations.
For the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province requires that in the process of making planning projects, it is necessary to focus on reviewing land funds for social infrastructure, technical infrastructure, resettlement areas, cultural institutions, public welfare works in residential areas, urban areas, green spaces to create landscapes, improve the living environment for people; not to let the situation of building urban areas, residential areas not synchronous, not ensuring social infrastructure, lacking technical infrastructure framework, key technical infrastructure, especially wastewater treatment, domestic waste... happen.
