On the afternoon of September 6 , news from the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province said that they are reviewing and giving opinions on the construction planning project at a scale of 1/2000 of Binh Thanh Industrial - Urban - Service Park (Binh Thanh Industrial Park) with an area of nearly 3,400 hectares, located in the communes of Binh Thanh, Binh Hiep, Binh Long, Binh Phuoc, Binh Hoa, Binh Tan Phu in the eastern area of Binh Son district.
Binh Thanh Industrial Park, covering nearly 3,400 hectares, has a construction planning project at a scale of 1/2000.
This is where Quang Ngai province will build a model industrial park, developing multi-industry, high-tech industry, with urban areas and supporting services. The total investment capital is about 41,000 billion VND, of which the construction cost is 37,000 billion VND, the rest is the cost of site clearance.
The project consultants also calculated that new urban and service areas will be formed connected to Hoang Sa - Doc Soi road (expected to be constructed in December 2023).
The consulting unit has taken advantage of natural conditions of rivers, streams, lakes... to plan and build a modern, model Binh Thanh Industrial Park.
The planning consultant also exploited the natural landscape such as existing lakes, streams, and rivers to combine the construction of a central park, with a regulating lake in the urban center, green parks, drainage canal systems, etc. to create a modern ecological space in Binh Thanh Industrial Park.
Mr. Dang Van Minh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, has requested relevant agencies to complete the construction plan of Binh Thanh Industrial Park by September 10 to submit to the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for consideration, before submitting it to the nearest meeting of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Council.
