Accordingly, the equipment purchased this time will be 100% new with clear origin. The purchase list includes minimum teaching equipment for grades 10 and 11, foreign language teaching and learning equipment under the Foreign Language Teaching and Learning Project for the period 2021 - 2025 and equipment serving digital transformation in education provided to units under the Department of Education and Training. The maximum purchase value of this time is not more than 62,253,848,000 VND.
The purchasing agency is the Quang Ngai Province Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works. The Quang Ngai Department of Education and Training is the agency receiving the assets. The funding source for implementation from the state budget has been allocated by the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee to the Department of Education and Training in previous Decisions.
The decision also clearly states that the Department of Education and Training and the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Civil and Industrial Works are responsible for hiring a valuation consultancy unit to determine the value of the equipment and complete all procedures in accordance with current State regulations and processes to organize the procurement to ensure the right subjects, savings and efficiency.
