On July 18, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Steering Committee (CJJSC) held a conference to review the work of the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2024.

Comrade Phan Trong Tan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Civil Judgment Enforcement chaired the conference. Attending the conference were representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Provincial People's Procuracy, the Provincial People's Court; and members of the Provincial Steering Committee for Civil Judgment Enforcement.

In carrying out the work of monitoring the enforcement of administrative judgments (AJC), the Provincial AJC has thoroughly instructed the specialized departments and the AJC Sub-Departments of districts, cities and towns to continue to deploy and effectively implement documents on AJC. Therefore, the issuance of administrative decisions, implementation of administrative acts and the situation of law enforcement in AJC related to administrative decisions and administrative acts of competent agencies, organizations and individuals in the area have had many changes and achieved positive results. Most of the judgments and decisions on administrative cases that have come into legal effect and transferred by the provincial People's Court system to the AJC agency in the area have been voluntarily enforced.

Tan Son district leaders proposed coordinated solutions to resolve outstanding and long-standing THADS cases.
In the first 6 months of the year, the total number of cases to be executed by the THADS agencies in the province was over 9,500 cases with a total amount of over 1,700 billion VND. Of which, the number of cases eligible for execution was over 7,400 cases with a total amount of over 995 billion VND; over 4,900 cases were resolved with a total amount of over 403 billion VND; reaching a rate of 66.6% in terms of cases and 40.5% in terms of money; ranking 37th out of 63 provinces and centrally run cities in terms of case resolution results and ranking 11th out of 63 provinces and centrally run cities in terms of money resolution results.
Representative of the Provincial People's Procuracy gave a speech to improve the effectiveness of THADS work in the province.
The delegates focused on discussing and proposing solutions to remove difficulties in the work of THADS related to mortgaged assets at banks; dispersed enforceable assets; unclear court decisions on assets subject to enforcement; problems with asset valuation and auction. The delegates also requested the Provincial Steering Committee to direct judicial agencies and local authorities to strengthen coordination in handling cases; and continue to enhance the role and responsibility of enforcement officers in THADS.
Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Trong Tan suggested that the Steering Committees at all levels should further strengthen their roles and responsibilities; effectively implement the coordination regulations between member agencies of the Steering Committee to resolve complicated and prolonged cases. The Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment - the Standing agency of the Steering Committee, continues to improve the capacity and professional qualifications of officers performing their duties, ensuring solidarity, unity, and coordination to successfully complete tasks in the Natural Resources and Environment agencies.
The State Bank continues to advise credit institutions and commercial banks in the area to tighten regulations on lending and management of collateral. The sectors: Finance, Justice, People's Court, People's Procuracy, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns have coordinated well with the THADS agency to provide information on land changes, collateral for bank loans... as a basis for effective implementation of THADS work for related cases. The Fatherland Front Committees at all levels continue to promote propaganda work, raise people's awareness of THADS work, contributing to effective law enforcement in the province.
