In the first months of the year, Dam Rong district focused on directing the agricultural sector to carry out drought prevention, disease prevention on crops, regulate water for production, mobilize people to prepare land, and plant the Winter-Spring crop on 1,364 hectares, reaching 95.7% of the plan. Livestock farming in the district has developed stably, aquaculture has been maintained on about 175 hectares. The whole district has 1,099.3 hectares of high-tech agricultural production land; 15 chains linking production and consumption of agricultural products with over 1,100 households participating; 21 products have been recognized as 3-star OCOP and 18/18 products have been put on e-commerce platforms.

Forest management and protection work has always been strengthened. In the past 3 months, there have been no violations in the forestry sector in the district. Forest fire prevention and fighting in the 2024-2025 dry season has been focused on and implemented according to the approved plan, so there have been no forest fires in the district...

Education and health care work have been maintained, social policy implementation and poverty reduction work have received attention. In the past 2 months, the district has paid social protection subsidies to 1,326 beneficiaries with an amount of over 2 billion VND; supported the repair of 2 houses for people with meritorious services and issued health insurance cards to 45,245 beneficiaries; at the same time, subsidized, visited and gave gifts to beneficiaries during the Lunar New Year with a total amount of over 6.6 billion VND to support 10,797 beneficiaries.

The administrative reform and digital transformation work has been paid attention to and effectively implemented by agencies, units and localities. In the first two months of 2025, the district received 2,472 records, resolved 2,404 records, of which 97.09% were resolved on time; of which the rate of online records reached 94.38% and the rate of digitized records reached 99.96%.

Regarding public investment capital: In 2025, the total public investment capital plan of the district is allocated over 175.6 billion VND, of which the capital source for implementing the National Target Programs is over 84.6 billion VND; the provincial budget is over 48.1 billion VND and the district budget source for investing in infrastructure construction is 24 billion VND. From the above capital source, the district has invested in the construction of 98 projects, of which 57 are transitional projects and 41 are newly started projects. The progress and disbursement value of the capital plan is 50 billion VND, reaching 28.46% of the capital plan.

Up to now, the district's budget revenue has been over 27 billion VND, reaching 22% of the plan assigned by the province, 21% of the target plan, equal to 70% compared to the same period; in which, the number of districts collected over 16 billion VND, reaching 19% of the plan assigned by the province, 19% of the target plan, equal to 80% compared to the same period.

In the field of investment attraction, in Dam Rong district, there are 11 projects calling for investment. Up to now, there is 1 project of the district's central market that has selected an investor, accounting for 9.1%; there are 4 projects including: Rest stop and Bang Lang Central Residential Area; Phi Lieng Commune Residential Area; Da Rsal Commune Residential Area; Da Tong Commune Residential Area that have completed the investment project proposal documents, accounting for 36.36%. For the remaining 6 projects, the District People's Committee has assigned specialized agencies to complete the investment project proposal documents, accounting for 54.55%. However, these projects have not had any interested investors, and there is no funding source to carry out the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500. Therefore, the implementation has encountered many difficulties and is behind schedule according to the set plan.
