Joining the delegation were comrade Nguyen Thanh Ha - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Kon Tum City Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, and leaders of the People's Committee and functional departments of Kon Tum City.

According to the report of Kon Tum city, after screening, there are 108 households in the city that need to remove temporary and dilapidated houses (including 9 households of meritorious people; 18 poor households; 46 near-poor households and 35 other households). The Steering Committee for removing temporary and dilapidated houses of the city has issued an implementation plan according to the plan of the Provincial Steering Committee; at the same time, there have been many documents directing and guiding localities to implement and organize the construction of removing temporary and dilapidated houses at the same time as the launching day of the first Spring At Ty 2025. In addition, the City People's Committee has also proactively used the local budget to temporarily provide funds to communes and wards to remove 73 temporary and dilapidated houses (phase 1) with an amount of 2,622.88 million VND.

As of March 24, 2025, communes and wards in Kon Tum city have built 74 houses and completed 53; the remaining houses are being accelerated in construction progress.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Tuy and the working delegation inspected the implementation of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in Kroong and Ngoc Bay communes and Tran Hung Dao ward. At the destinations, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Tuy noted that local authorities need to step up propaganda work, mobilize youth union members and people to participate in supporting working days, support speeding up the construction and repair of houses for households; mobilize people to try to invest more capital to build more spacious and spacious houses; focus on directing the acceleration of construction and repair progress to soon complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses according to the set plan and schedule.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented gifts to some poor households that received support to build houses, and at the same time, hoped that people with new houses would actively work and produce to escape poverty and have a more stable life.
