At the conference to study and thoroughly implement Directive 05 of the year 2024 "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on building and promoting cultural values ​​and human strength, contributing to building Quang Nam into a fairly developed province of the country by 2030", the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee frankly identified the manifestations, proposed solutions and political determination to overcome the situation of avoidance, pushing, working half-heartedly, and fear of responsibility among a number of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees.

Sharing at many working sessions and forums to disseminate the Party's new documents to cadres and party members in the province, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Dung always reminded: It is good for cadres to be afraid of making mistakes. Only by being afraid of making mistakes can they see what is forbidden and keep their limits in their actions so as not to violate. But being so afraid that they do not dare to do, do not dare to act, do not know whether what they do is right or wrong, avoid and push away work... is unacceptable.
