Pursuant to Action Program No. 144-CTHĐ/TU dated February 24, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Plan No. 47/KH-UBND dated March 4, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP and Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; The Provincial People's Committee organized the Launching Ceremony of the "Digital Education for All" movement in Quang Tri province, specifically:

-The topic "Application of AL and ChatGPT in study, work and life" taught by Mr. Tran Khanh Tu - senior expert, CEO, founding member of Unica Group.

-Time: 02 days, from 8:00 a.m. on April 11 to 12, 2025.

- Location: Headquarters of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee, No. 45 Hung Vuong, Dong Ha city, Quang Tri province.

-Form: Combined direct and online.

- Participants: Civil servants, officials, youth union, students, representatives of businesses and people interested in AL and ChatGPT applications in the province.

Propose that the Provincial Radio and Television Station and Quang Tri Newspaper organize widespread propaganda on radio (at least 3 times), television, and print and electronic newspapers before April 11, 2025 about the above event and related content.
