Mr. Vu Hong Van, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee to replace Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh.
On the morning of January 25, Mr. Le Minh Hung, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the Politburo's Decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Vu Hong Van, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
His predecessor, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, was elected by the 13th Party Central Committee Conference to be a member of the Central Inspection Commission.
Mr. Vu Hong Van was born in 1976, from Hung Yen. He has held many leadership positions in the People's Public Security force such as: Deputy Political Commissar of the Mobile Police Command (K20, Ministry of Public Security), Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police, Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police, Director of the Internal Political Security Department.
At the 8th Central Conference of the 13th tenure, Major General Vu Hong Van, Director of the Internal Political Security Department, was elected by the Central Executive Committee to be a member of the Central Inspection Committee. During his work there, he was elected to hold the position of Deputy Head of the 13th Central Inspection Committee before being transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.
