Mr. Dang Thanh Phuc was elected to hold the position of Chairman of Ham Thuan Bac District People's Committee.

BTO-On the afternoon of February 29, the People's Council of Ham Thuan Bac district (term IX) held the 16th session (special session) to carry out personnel work according to its authority.

Accordingly, the meeting voted to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thach - Secretary of the Ham Thuan Bac District Party Committee from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ham Thuan Bac District (term 2021-2026) and Mr. Dang Thanh Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Ham Thuan Bac District Party Committee from the position of Head of the Economic - Social Committee of the Ham Thuan Bac District People's Council, term IX (term 2021-2026). At the same time, Mr. Dang Thanh Phuc was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee (term 2021-2026) and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tan - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department to hold the position of Head of the Economic - Social Committee of the Ham Thuan Bac District People's Council, term IX (term 2021-2026).

Mr. Dang Thanh Phuc (born in 1979), hometown Ham Liem commune, Ham Thuan Bac district, joined the Party in 2005, has a professional degree in Land Management University, high political level, started participating in social work since July 2000.
Since then, he has held many positions in the district and grassroots; from September 2020 to February 2024, he was a member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the District Party Committee; on February 22, 2024, he was approved by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ham Thuan Bac District Party Committee (term 2020-2025) and has held this position until now. In his acceptance speech, Mr. Dang Thanh Phuc thanked the attention and trust of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the District Party Executive Committee, key officials of the district and the delegates of the People's Council of Ham Thuan Bac district for their trust and election to hold the highest position in the district government system.
