Joining the delegation were generations of experts and veterans who had been present in Cambodia - people who spent their youth, even part of their bodies, fighting bravely with the Cambodian people, disintegrating the Khmer Rouge group, establishing the historic victory on January 7, 1979.
The delegation visited a number of locations in the complex including: The first place to set foot on Vietnamese territory; The stopping place; The place where Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen hid weapons; The house displaying documents and artifacts about the journey to save the country of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen and the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia .
