After discovering the app was down, GWM issued a statement saying: "Due to server issues, some users of the five brand apps and the GWM app may not be able to log in or use it normally. The company's technical team is working to fix the server issue and functionality is gradually being restored." At the same time, GWM also recommends that users carry a physical key to avoid any inconvenience due to not being able to use the app regularly.

By around 5:00 p.m. the same day, GWM had fixed the system error and confirmed that all applications were now working normally.
