By participating in the legal knowledge question and answer game, I have a better understanding of traffic knowledge, accurately recognize many signs, and have more information to better respond to unexpected situations while driving to limit unfortunate accidents that may occur.

The festival was organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union in coordination with other units at Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, welcoming the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union for the 2024 - 2029 term.
Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Safety Committee Nguyen Thanh Loi said the festival promotes the role of raising awareness of traffic culture among young people.
Mr. Loi hopes that the City Youth Union will continue communication activities to help young people properly implement the Road Traffic Law.
At the same time, the City Police Youth Union patrolled and resolutely handled student violations and the act of handing over vehicles to unqualified drivers during the peak period of the fourth quarter of 2024 and the 2024-2025 school year.
Including reviewing and checking parking lots around schools, handling cases of parking vehicles over 50cc for students, notifying the list of students violating traffic laws to the Department of Education and Training and schools for timely correction and close coordination in propaganda and mobilization work.
At the festival, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Public Transport Management Center Le Hoang also called on young people to use public transport.
Student Tran Thi Giang (Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport) said she has spread the message of respecting the law with her friends, gradually changing traffic behavior by using public transport to help reduce traffic congestion and accidents.
Propagating the use of public transport, the festival includes a contest "Community in traffic culture", training in safe driving skills and awarding prizes for the online contest "Beautiful actions in traffic culture".
There are also playgrounds designed to apply traffic knowledge such as arranging traffic signs, "Safe Traffic Participation" playground, legal knowledge Q&A, and super memory that children enthusiastically participate in.
Student Trinh Quoc An (University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City National University) shared: "I am using a 50cc motorbike to get around because I don't have a driver's license yet.
When traveling long distances, I will prioritize choosing the bus. For me, the bus has contributed to reducing traffic congestion, reducing emissions into the environment, helping students save on travel costs and ensuring high safety."
Here, the festival organizers gave 30 gifts to students and workers and provided free oil changes to some in need.
