The Department of Administrative Police for Social Order, Ministry of Public Security said that the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Public Security have agreed to deploy an electronic condolence book on the VNeID application with level 2 account activation for compatriots and comrades to express condolences to the family of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

Through this feature, people can send condolences, pay tribute, and share memories of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

People can send condolences, gratitude, and share memories of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on the VNeID application through the Electronic Condolence Book feature.

Steps to register an electronic Condolence Book on VNeID:

Step 1: Log in to your level 2 electronic identification account

Step 2: On the home screen, click "Send condolences"

Step 3: On the Electronic Condolence Book screen, fill in the title and content of the condolences.

Step 4: Select the Preview button to see the content to be sent.

Step 5: Select the Send Condolences button

Hanoi City Police have arranged necessary equipment at each QRCode scanner installation point to serve people to conveniently scan the code when visiting General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
