Today, in the atmosphere of the first days of the new year 2025 and preparing to celebrate the traditional New Year of the nation, Nghe An province solemnly organizes the program "Dong Lam's affection - Spring At Ty 2025".
On behalf of the provincial leaders, please allow me to send my best regards and best wishes to all delegates, distinguished guests, businesses, entrepreneurs, philanthropists and all the people.

Dear delegates, dear people!
The year 2024 passed with many difficulties and challenges, but thanks to the solidarity, unity, high determination, efforts of the entire political system, the consensus and unanimity of the business community and the people, we have overcome difficulties and achieved remarkable results in socio-economic development, national defense and security. That is, the growth rate of total product in the province is estimated at 9.01%, ranking 2nd in the North Central region and 13th in the country. Budget revenue reached 25,517 billion VND, exceeding 60.4% of the estimate.
Investment attraction achieved high results, the total newly granted and adjusted investment capital reached over 66 trillion VND; of which FDI capital reached over 1.7 billion USD, the highest ever, the third consecutive year in the top 10 nationwide. The province has completed many key projects and achieved and exceeded basic targets, creating a very important premise for the province's development in 2025 and the following years, especially focusing on directing the summary of Resolution 18 of the 13th Party Central Committee on innovation, streamlining the organization of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient; completing the merger of district and commune-level administrative units in the spirit of Resolution No. 1243 of the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee.

Dear delegates, dear people!
The entire political system of Nghe An province, organizations, units, enterprises, businessmen, people and philanthropists at home and abroad always actively contribute to support and care for Tet for poor households, near-poor households and households in especially difficult circumstances.
After 12 years of implementing the "Tet for the Poor" program, Nghe An province has mobilized and called for more than 873 billion VND to take care of Tet for hundreds of thousands of poor households. For the 2024 Giap Thin Tet alone, more than 143 billion VND was mobilized, giving gifts to over 132 thousand households.
In the 2023-2024 period, Nghe An province mobilized and supported the construction and repair of more than 11,787 houses for the poor and disadvantaged people with a total resource of over 843 billion VND.
This is a meaningful activity, contributing to sharing some of the difficulties, adding motivation for poor households and households in difficult circumstances to have a warm, full, happy Tet, and is the most vivid proof of the tradition and good morality of "loving others as you love yourself" full of humanity of Nghe An people.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, I would like to express my gratitude, acknowledgement and deep thanks to the kindness and noble gestures of domestic and foreign organizations and individuals, especially businesses and entrepreneurs, who, despite many difficult conditions, have actively responded and helped the poor and poor households through the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels and social security programs.
Although we have made many efforts, the whole province still has more than 36,700 poor households (accounting for 4.16%), over 47,800 near-poor households (accounting for 5.42%), and more than 5,000 poor households living in temporary, dilapidated houses that are in dilapidated need of support from the whole society.

Responding to the Appeal Letter of the Provincial Party Secretary, this year, Nghe An Province organizes the Program "Lam River Love" with many meaningful and humane activities, not only stopping at taking care of Tet, but through the program, we mobilize social resources to support house repairs; help the poor, poor households, near-poor households, households with especially difficult circumstances and other livelihood models, ensuring that everyone has a full, happy Tet and a better life.
With that humanitarian meaning, in recent days, agencies, organizations, businesses, philanthropists and localities have actively organized activities such as "Early Tet", "Early Spring in the Highlands" to call for, mobilize support and give Tet gifts to the poor. I am pleased to announce that, up to now, the "Lam River's Love" Program has been registered and directly supported by philanthropists, agencies, units and businesses with money and gifts worth over 100 billion VND.
In difficult conditions, the contributions of organizations and individuals are even more meaningful, demonstrating a noble gesture, full of love and respect for the poor every time Tet comes and Spring comes. I would like to ask you to give a round of applause for those with golden hearts for the community.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, I call on the Party committees, authorities at all levels, organizations, individuals at home and abroad, and television audiences to continue to care for, support, and take care of the poor during Tet, bringing practical meaning, in the spirit that all people enjoy Tet, welcome Spring and join hands for the poor "Leaving no one behind".

With your contributions, Nghe An province will direct agencies and localities to allocate and deliver directly to the poor and poor households to ensure fairness and timeliness, and the poor will feel more warm when they have the attention and care of all levels, sectors and the community. At the same time, I also hope that the poor and those in difficult circumstances need to further promote the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, take care of their work, join hands to help the poor in the same situation, following the principle of "The whole leaf covers the torn leaf, the less torn leaf covers the more torn leaf" and to have more motivation and aspiration to rise up to escape poverty sustainably, to welcome a new spring of peace and joy.
Finally, I wish the program "Lam Dong's Love - Spring At Ty 2025" will continue to spread and receive many golden hearts from the community and the whole society.
