Meeting artist Mong Tuyen recently, she shared her secret to maintaining her health and singing voice. "I still walk and exercise every morning. I eat more vegetables than protein and especially I still accept shows to sing and practice. To help me miss my job, I accept to sing in charity shows, serving audiences such as lonely elderly people in pagodas, orphans in charity shelters and exchange programs with young people who are being taught vocational skills at continuing education centers.

In general, wherever my friends invite me to sing, I join without receiving any pay so that I can contribute to spreading love in the community" - artist Mong Tuyen shared.
