Second working day of the 8th Central Conference, 13th term

On October 3, the 8th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee entered its second working day.

In the morning, the Party Central Committee worked at the Hall to discuss the socio-economic situation, the state budget in 2023, the plan for 2024, the 3-year state financial and budget plan for 2024 - 2026 and the roadmap for implementing the new salary regime.

Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member and Prime Minister, chaired the discussion on behalf of the Politburo.

In the afternoon, the Party Central Committee worked in discussion groups on the Project to Summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution 8 of the 11th Central Committee on the Strategy for National Defense in the New Situation.
