National Great Unity Day 2023 in Thanh Son village

On November 7, at the headquarters of Thanh Son village, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuan Hai commune (Ninh Hai) organized the "National Great Unity Day" in 2023. Attending were comrade Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Ms. Pham Thi Bich Ha, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

In recent years, with the attention and leadership of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Xuan Hai commune, cadres, party members and people of Thanh Son village have united and strived in production and business, applying scientific and technological advances in many fields, contributing to stabilizing people's lives and social security. The criteria for building new rural areas have reached 100%, up to now, the whole village has only 2 poor households and 9 near-poor households. Medical examination for people has always been focused on, people participate in health insurance payment of more than 93%; the rate of school-age children reaches 100%; the number of households recognized as "Cultural Families" reaches 100%. Implementing environmental sanitation work well in the village, organizing and launching the Green Saturday response, planting trees to make village roads and alleys Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful. Mobilizing people to build a flower road model of more than 1,500 meters with a total value of 15 million VND. The model of “lighting up the countryside with solar energy” with 25 light bulbs, 7 security cameras, worth more than 20 million VND. Up to now, the rate of households using clean water in the whole village has reached 100%, the number of households using hygienic toilets has reached 100%. At the same time, the movement of the whole people to protect the national security has been actively participated by the people, the political security situation, social order and safety in the area have been maintained.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented gifts to policy households and poor households in residential areas.

Speaking at the festival, comrade Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, highly appreciated the results achieved by the cadres and people of Thanh Son village. At the same time, he suggested that the whole village continue to build the great national unity bloc, effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, strive to better implement the policies and laws of the Party and State, promote the tradition of solidarity to build Thanh Son village in particular and Xuan Hai commune in general to develop more and more.

On this occasion, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented 10 gifts to policy households and poor households; Ninh Hai District Party Committee presented 10 gifts to poor students who overcame difficulties; Xuan Hai Commune Party Committee presented 7 gifts to disadvantaged households in residential areas. At the same time, Ninh Hai District Fatherland Front Committee awarded 1 collective, 1 individual and commended 2 exemplary households in implementing the Movement of All People Uniting to Build New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas in 2023.
