Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to preparations for organizing the Art Performance and Fireworks Show to welcome New Year's Eve

According to the report of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the province's New Year's Eve performance and fireworks display will be held from 8:00 p.m. on January 28, 2025 to 0:15 a.m. on January 29, 2025 at the April 16 Square stage. The art program will gather more than 200 artists and actors with many special performances to welcome the new year 2025. Along with that, in Thuan Bac district, there will also be an art performance and fireworks display at the February 7 Cultural Park to serve local people. Up to this point, preparations for the New Year's Eve event at two locations, Phan Rang Thap Cham City and Thuan Bac district, are basically complete.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The art performance and fireworks display program to welcome the New Year of the Snake in 2025 is an important event, marking the transition from the old year to the new year, meeting the needs of people in the province to celebrate the spring and Tet. He requested relevant departments and branches to continue to closely follow and implement the plan. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will continue to review and complete the program script and coordinate with the Provincial Radio and Television Station to broadcast the program live to ensure it is lively and impressive. The Provincial Police will strengthen security, order and traffic safety during the event. The Provincial Military Command will organize fireworks displays at two locations to ensure absolute safety. In addition, relevant departments, branches and localities need to strengthen environmental sanitation work, strictly implement the hanging of the national flag; Fire prevention and fighting work before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2025.
