Among the properties put up for sale by VietinBank Hoi An is Le Pavillon Hoi An Central Luxury Hotel & Spa.
The hotel is located on an area of 847.1m2, in Ngoc Thanh block, Cam Pho ward, Hoi An city, Quang Nam province. This is the secured asset of Hoang Hung Phat Tourism Trading & Service Company Limited, with Mr. Do Nhu Hoang (born in 1988, as the legal representative).
Le Pavillon Hoi An Central Luxury Hotel & Spa has 6 floors, total construction area of 3,841m2, construction density of 60%.
This is an 84-room resort, located right next to Bay Mau coconut forest, just over 1km from Hoi An ancient town and 3km from An Bang beach. Starting price 92 billion VND.
VietinBank Hoi An also announced the auction of another asset branded Le Pavillon Hoi An, which is Le Pavillon Hoi An Square Luxury Hotel.
This is the collateral of Hoang Lien Phat Tourism Service Company Limited, a business also represented by Mr. Do Nhu Hoang.
Le Pavillon Hoi An Square Luxury Hotel is located on a 613.8m2 land plot in Ngoc Thanh block, Cam Pho ward, Hoi An city. This is a 7-storey hotel building with a construction area of 3,231m2 and a construction density of 60%. The starting price for this property is 97.424 billion VND.
It is known that both of the above hotels are managed by Hoang Nhu Company Limited. This enterprise is managing a series of hotels in Hoi An.
Hoang Nhu Company Limited was founded in 2008 by Mr. Do Nhu Chau (born in 1982) as Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Mr. Do Nhu Hoang is the legal representative.
Hoang Nhu Company was initially established with the function of constructing bridges, roads and civil works. In 2017, it began to shift to tourism and hotels by investing in a chain of hotels under the brand name Le Pavillon Hoi An.
However, in the period of 2020 - 2021, due to the heavy impact of Covid-19, Hoang Nhu lost more than 120 billion VND, forcing the group to sell assets to maintain operations.
Another asset of tycoon Do Nhu Hoang that is being sold by the bank is a 290.6m2 land plot in Thanh Nam block, Cam Chau ward, Hoi An city. This is the collateral of Bao Tri Tourism Company Limited (a business belonging to Hoang Nhu ecosystem). The starting price for this asset is 23,216 billion VND.
A series of assets of a tourism tycoon are being sold.
In addition to the above assets, VietinBank Hoi An is also selling a series of other resort real estate assets.
One example is the 3-storey tourist villa (22 bedrooms) on a 405m2 plot of land owned by An Bang Hidden Beach Company Limited. The total floor area (including swimming pool) is 1,166.65m2. The starting price of this property is 35.118 billion VND.
An Bang Hidden Beach Company Limited was founded by Mr. Nguyen Hoai Son, Mr. Son is also the owner of Sea Front Onne Company Limited, the business that owns the hotel that is also being sold by VietinBank Hoi An.
It is a 7-storey hotel with 40 bedrooms on a land area of 408m2 in Thinh My block, Cam An ward, Hoi An city, with a starting price of 36.5 billion VND.
Also in Hoi An City, Agribank recently put up for sale 11 ancient houses in the core area of Hoi An ancient town. The starting price of these properties is the lowest at 8.5 billion VND and the highest is up to 71.179 billion VND. The total value of these 11 secured properties (calculated according to the starting price) is up to more than 252 billion VND.
