This is a popular image and has a great influence in the flow of Vietnamese culture, symbolizing intelligence, wisdom, longevity and rebirth. The image of the two stamps shows a pair of snakes wearing spring flower shirts wishing each other a happy New Year. The stamp background is a stylized image of clouds, mountains, rivers and water, which are places where snakes live. The block design shows a family of snakes reunited and happy. The pair of snakes are wrapped around each other with loving eyes, the heads of the two snakes are curved together to form a heart shape. The block background is the brilliant flower branches of spring. The bell-shaped cloud and silk strip symbolize peace and happiness reflected on the water surface.

The stamp set introduces the custom of parallel sentences with wishes for a peaceful and lucky New Year, a beautiful feature of welcoming the New Year, when everyone and every family meets and exchanges wishes such as "Happy New Year", "All things go as you wish", "Prosperity and wealth", "Prosperity and wealth"... This stamp set was designed by artist Nguyen Quang Vinh, with a stamp size of 37 x 37 (mm), a block size of 80 x 80 (mm) and is available on the postal network until June 30, 2026. Sharing with Ictvietnam , the magazine of the ministry, the artist said that the At Ty 2025 stamp set was inspired by the image of Thanh Xa and Bach Xa, two deities in the Four Palaces who guard temples, shrines, mountains, forests, rivers and islands, bringing peace to life. In his mind, the image of a snake is not scary but lovely. Therefore, in the stamp set, the snake mascot wags its tail and smiles, the stamp colors are fresh and elegant. The snakes wear colorful brocade costumes on Tet holiday, expressing joy and happiness.

The artist added that the stamp set was designed using the cutting layer graphic method of flowers throughout the entire series of Tet stamps for 6 consecutive years (from 2020 to present) and was drawn in a contemporary folk style, with harmonious yin and yang elements.
