Since its launch in March 2024, the application has attracted more than 250,000 registrations and received many domestic and international awards such as "Application with the best customer experience" at the Trailblazer Awards 2025, and was honored at the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards 2024 in the category of "Outstanding digital transformation enterprise and public service unit".
