In 2023, Quang Nam Post Office paid the state budget more than 7.9 billion VND

(QNO) - On the afternoon of December 27, Quang Nam Post Office held a conference to summarize production and business activities in 2023 and deploy the plan for 2024. In 2023, Quang Nam Post Office has drastically and synchronously implemented solutions to promote business; organized a proactive sales model; innovated production and business management methods in a flexible and creative direction and promoted emulation programs associated with business development of each service to all officers, employees and workers.

Quang Nam Post's total revenue in 2023 will reach more than 174 billion VND. Of which, revenue from postal delivery services will reach more than 68 billion VND, postal finance will reach more than 64 billion VND, and distribution and retail of goods will reach more than 42 billion VND.

The unit basically ensures stable employment and income, fully implements social security policies for more than 800 officers, employees and workers. The average income of officers, employees and workers reaches 8 million VND/month.

In 2023, Quang Nam Post Office will contribute an estimated 7.97 billion VND to the state budget (100% of the plan).

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu acknowledged and commended the results achieved by Quang Nam Post Office in 2023. At the same time, he requested Vietnam Post Corporation to continue to make recommendations and proposals to ministries, branches and the Government to remove difficulties and obstacles regarding technical economic norms and unit prices of public postal services.

Mr. Buu said that Quang Nam is committed to accompanying and providing the best support for the post office to deploy services to serve the people; contributing to building a better administrative foundation for the province.

Quang Nam Post Office needs to be proactive, creative, and better fulfill its role as an intermediary and bridge in implementing public services, contributing to increasing online records and online payments...

2024 is identified as the year of "discipline", with the message "Do it right from the start", Quang Nam Post strives for revenue of 221 billion VND, equal to 127% compared to 2023. The average income of staff and workers strives to reach 8.7 million VND/month.
