* My Tam awarded the scholarship " Helping everyone step up "

My Tam and the My Tam Foundation (MTF) she founded recently organized a scholarship program "Lifting up tomorrow" for 100 studious children in several provinces and cities across the country and gave gifts to 200 households with difficult lives at the People's Committee of Thanh Phu district, Ben Tre province.

Since its establishment in 2008, MTF and the "Lifting Up Tomorrow" program have awarded thousands of scholarships to poor children with excellent academic achievements in provinces and cities. This year, on the occasion of the release of the movie "The Timekeeper " in theaters and receiving support from the audience, My Tam decided to use all profits from the movie to award scholarships to studious children with difficult circumstances from grades 1 to 12.

The fund has selected a list of 100 students from Ben Tre, Quang Tri, Hue, Quang Binh, and Da Nang to award scholarships. In the case of 10 students with excellent academic achievements in Da Nang, although the city has supported their tuition fees, because their families are too poor, the fund has provided financial support to help them cover their living expenses and buy school supplies.

My Tam said that after selecting a list of students eligible for scholarships, the Fund will contact the Red Cross and the school to monitor their academic performance each year. If they maintain excellent academic performance, the Fund will support their tuition fees until they graduate from grade 12.

* Dong Nhi rarely accepts interviews

The On set series has just aired its first episode, joining the currently diverse talk show market. As the name suggests, On set is where artists create their passionate products to send to the audience. A place filled with sublimation and excitement, but also brings with it a lot of stress and pressure. This new talk show series is a friendly and open conversation with the artists to help the audience understand more about them and their film sets.

The first episode was opened by guest Dong Nhi. This is a rare occasion for Dong Nhi to accept an interview, after a long time of rarely appearing in the media and not being active on social networks.

Appearing simply, Dong Nhi frankly answered all questions surrounding her music and 15-year singing career. In particular, she also directly talked about the unfortunate misunderstanding with her FC in the past.

Dong Nhi shared: “That story is in the past. I realized that I was too angry, I was not sober enough, so I posted that. But after that story, I had something more wonderful, which was reconciliation between me and the people involved… I think my audience is like my family. The members of my family live together every day but still misunderstand each other, sometimes even argue with each other, let alone a family that does not live in the same house. That is something that I cannot avoid. So the lesson learned is that if there is anything that does not please each other, we should talk frankly with each other.”
