The program, organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ngai province, is one of the notable events of Tourism Week 2025.

The festival brings together more than 200 professional actors and artists to participate in a colorful parade through the main streets, combining decorated floats and street music.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: “Carnival is not only a cultural event, but an open space - where everyone is welcomed, can express themselves and shine in their own way with the message “Hello Quang Ngai - Everyone participates, Everyone shines!”.
