Tam Ky strengthens construction order management

The city government requested the People's Committees of communes and wards to strengthen inspection and examination work to promptly detect and strictly handle violations of construction order according to the management decentralization prescribed in Decision No. 2348, dated August 17, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee.

Especially for illegal construction, construction without permission, construction not in accordance with the planning approved by competent authorities and incomplete implementation of regulations on construction investment project management.

Localities closely monitor the implementation of construction works in the area according to the granted construction permits, promptly detect and handle violations if any. At the same time, they are responsible to the City People's Committee for allowing illegal and unlicensed construction to occur in the area.

The City Urban Regulation Team strengthens patrols and controls construction activities in the management area. At the same time, according to assigned functions and tasks, proactively coordinates with relevant units and localities to resolutely handle violations in accordance with legal regulations. In case of difficult, complicated cases that exceed authority, promptly report and propose the city for consideration and resolution.
