- Reduce bone and joint pain: Piper lolot leaves, roots and stems 20g, bone pain vine 10g, purple castor bean root 10g.
Cut all ingredients into short, stir-fry until golden brown, and boil with 600ml of water until 200ml remains. Divide into 2 doses to drink during the day, and drink continuously for 1 week.
- Support treatment of rheumatism: 20g of Piper lolot leaves, 20g of Desmodium styracifolium, 20g of Mulberry branches, 20g of Solanum procumbens.

- Lolot leaf porridge to reduce arthritis: 150g lolot leaves, 50g mugwort leaves, 150g rice, 1 lapwing. Crush the lolot leaves and fresh mugwort leaves, filter to get 200ml of water. Clean the lapwings, add rice and cook into porridge. When the porridge and the bird meat are tender, add the lolot leaf and mugwort water, boil for another 10 minutes. Divide into 2-3 meals a day. Piper lolot leaves are also used as food for medicinal purposes, but are less effective than when used as a whole plant, washed, dried in the shade (in a place without sunlight) and avoid crushing. Use fresh, let water boil before adding. Do not boil for too long, as this will cause the essential oil to evaporate, which is an agent that helps increase the effectiveness of the treatment.
