At 10:00 p.m. on November 18, a fire broke out at a plastic warehouse in lane 115/35, Dinh Cong street (Hoang Mai district, Hanoi).

At the scene, a fierce red fire broke out, accompanied by a column of black smoke rising tens of meters high. It is estimated that the burned factory area was more than 300 square meters.

People said that because the factory contained plastic items and toys such as ball houses, plastic balls, etc., the fire broke out and spread very quickly.

"When the incident was discovered, many people shouted and reported it to the authorities," said a witness.

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hanoi City Police mobilized more than 10 fire trucks from Hai Ba Trung and Hoang Mai District Police and the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the City Police to the scene to put out the fire.
