This not only reduces errors in timekeeping but also helps increase transparency, creating peace of mind for employees.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc, an employee at JimTo store, Le Lai branch, Dong Son ward (Thanh Hoa city), shared: “Before, every time it was time for pay, I had to check and compare the number of working days. If there was any mistake, I had to contact the manager. But now, just by opening the application, I can immediately know the number of working days. This makes me feel more secure because everything is transparent and accurate.”

Not only does the automatic timekeeping system help employees be more proactive in their work, it also brings great benefits to business owners. Thanks to the application of digital technology, Momkid Vietnam's management board can monitor the human resources situation remotely without having to go directly to each store. This helps save management time and improve the ability to monitor employee performance.

Not only Momkid Vietnam, many other enterprises in Thanh Hoa are also actively applying technology to human resource management. Truong Thang Export Garment Company (Nong Cong) has deployed an ERP system, helping to automatically track work schedules, evaluate productivity and calculate salaries. Lam Son Sugarcane Joint Stock Company (Tho Xuan) also invested in HRM software to monitor human resources remotely and optimize recruitment and training processes. Ms. Nguyen Thi Quy, Deputy Director of Vision Tax Agent Joint Stock Company (Thanh Hoa City), said: "Previously, we had to manually synthesize data, which was prone to errors in calculating salaries and timekeeping. Now with HRM software, all information about human resources, salaries and contracts are automatically updated, helping to optimize processes, reduce errors and improve management efficiency."

Currently, there are many software on the market that support timekeeping and human resource management such as On People, Face ID, or timekeeping software to manage product output. These tools help businesses effectively control working time, ensuring transparency in salary calculation and timekeeping. With the practical benefits that technology brings, more and more businesses are boldly investing in digital transformation in human resource management. According to statistics, about 30 - 35% of businesses in Thanh Hoa province have applied technology software to human resource management. These systems not only help businesses increase the accuracy of labor management, but also automate management processes, update information quickly, save time and operating costs.

Despite bringing many benefits, the application of technology in human resource management also poses some challenges. In fact, Thanh Hoa province currently has more than 21,000 enterprises, most of which are small and medium enterprises.
