Topping the list is Vina Nha Trang (VNT), a 20-year-old Vietnamese brand that owns a network of coffee production and installation systems in over 20 countries. Taking advantage of its technological strengths, VNT has accompanied the contestants in the Roastery Challenge category, by sponsoring roasters throughout the competition, in addition to awarding a roaster numbered VNTR-1 to the category champion.

Next is Ly Gia Vien - a familiar brand in the FnB market specializing in providing equipment for bars, cafes, bakeries, customer kitchens, and restaurants (Starbucks, Nutifood, WMC chains, etc.).

Going beyond providing quality products, Ly Gia Vien wants to act as a companion, joining hands to build a Vietnamese Barista community that reaches out to Asia. And becoming the exclusive sponsor for VCC 2023 is a clear demonstration of that goal.

Accordingly, the brand provided an Espresso machine for the Pour Challenge category, along with tools and equipment for the Brew & Roastery Challenge category.

Dalatmilk also strongly supports by being ready to exclusively sponsor the milk products used in the Pour Challenge competition category. The milk brand almost dominates the Vietnamese beverage market, with the characteristic of 100% fresh milk under closed management from farming, production, to distribution.

Milk is processed with low temperature pasteurization technology (75oC - 99oC), preserving nutrients and fresh flavor.

Dalatmilk products are used throughout the VCC 2023 period in the 3 regions of North - Central - South.

Finally, the appearance of the "talent" FiRo Vietnam, a business that owns 100 hectares of Robusta coffee grown under the forest canopy, 600 hectares of organic farming area, 84% Fine Robusta achieving 80 CQI points, and 0% environmental emissions.

It can be said that FiRo Vietnam is currently one of the leading enterprises in building a comprehensive coffee production chain, applying the agroforestry model, with the criteria of cleaner, greener, more sustainable.

Coming to VCC 2023, FiRo Vietnam brings high-quality coffee beans to the competition rounds. More special is the Fine Ro product - a new generation of coffee that was just launched last year, carrying the quintessence from Dak Lak. High-quality coffee beans are cold-fermented for 72 days, peeled and processed with honey to add a few layers of rich flavor, smooth like smooth butter.

It can be said that the accompanying footsteps from Vina Nha Trang, Ly Gia Vien, Dalatmilk and Fine Robusta have contributed to bringing the Vietnamese coffee community to the world stage. A typical example is the presence of Laos National Barista - the Barista community in Laos also participated in the final round of the VCC 2023 competition as a guest. From here, VCC hopes to open up more brilliant steps in 2024.
