When you sign in to apps with your Google account, they store all of your search history. If you want to delete it, go to your Google history page, click the Menu (three vertical dots), select Advance, select All Time, and press Delete.

However, to prevent Google from tracking your personal data, you have to do it differently. Below are some ways that people can refer to.
Delete location history
To serve the accuracy of Google Maps when you need to look up travel information at the time of access, Google will record most of the information about your location.
After using this application, go to Google's Timeline page, click the Settings button in the bottom right corner of the screen and select Delete All to delete all your travel history.
You can also optionally pause location history by tapping the large button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Clear voice search history
You will be bombarded with online ads, no matter what voice search feature you use, or Google Now's voice-activated assistant.
So, head over to Google's Voice & Audio Activity page, select one or more recordings, and then click the "delete" button at the top of the screen to avoid having your data recorded by Google.
Delete all online accounts
To delete all online accounts, you can use a Swedish website called Deseat.me.
This app allows you to see all your online accounts, allowing you to log out of any account without having to dig into password details using Google's OAuth protocol.
To use Deseat.me you just enter your personal Gmail address, it will show you all the online accounts associated with that email address and allow you to log out of them.
Control advertising data
When you sign in to your Google account, you'll see Google ad suggestions that match what you've searched for before.
This is because Google's ad network operates on over 2 million websites around the world. The only way to avoid being bothered by this feature is to actively turn off ad personalization on your device by going to Google Support, going to Ads Settings, clicking or tapping the slider next to Ads Personalization, clicking or tapping Off.
Just follow the steps above and you can control all advertising data and avoid being bothered.
