At the end of the Literature exam, most candidates said that the exam was within their ability; the questions in the two parts: Reading comprehension and text creation were not challenging, candidates were allowed to express their opinions and emotions in the exam. Therefore, they were all happy and excited. Nguyen Ngoc Lam Vien, a student at Vo Nguyen Giap Primary and Secondary School, taking the exam at Dinh Bo Linh Secondary School, said: When I received the exam, I felt it was quite easy. In particular, the questions related to the content of love for the homeland and country were very close, so I wrote smoothly and coherently. Sharing the same thoughts as Lam Vien, Hoang Thi Thien Ha, taking the exam at Nguyen Du High School (Ninh Son), expressed: I found the Literature exam not too difficult, within my ability and understanding. The last question in the exam about analyzing the character's love for the countryside required extensive knowledge. I hope my test gets 8 or 9 points. For Le Thi My Le, her feeling about this year's Literature test is that it is designed in an open way, requiring students to reason. In her test, My Le self-assessed that she got 6 to 7 points.

However, to answer the multiple-choice questions and the essay section correctly, they needed to be very focused, read and check carefully before taking the test. Mai Thi Thanh Tuyen, a student at Le Dinh Chinh Primary and Secondary School (Phan Rang-Thap Cham City), said: For me, I struggled quite a bit with the essay section from question 36 to question 45. I think I completed 60% of the English exam. I will maintain my form and confidence to continue taking the Math exam tomorrow. Vien Thi Thanh, a candidate taking the exam at Le Duan High School (Ninh Son), said: On the first day of the exam, I did quite well in both Literature and English. As for English, I found the grammar section a bit difficult, and it was easy to make mistakes when the answers all had similar meanings.
