On the afternoon of July 21, the Provincial Police and the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Cu Kuin district organized an extraordinary reward for individuals and groups participating in the capture of 3 especially dangerous wanted subjects related to the terrorist attack in the early morning of June 11, 2023, who were hiding in the district.

Accordingly, through the work of grasping the situation, at noon on July 21, a source discovered a number of suspicious subjects in Ea Ktur commune with identifying characteristics similar to those involved in the terrorist attack on June 11, 2023 in Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur communes (Cu Kuin district) who were wanted by the Dak Lak Provincial Police Department's Investigation Security Agency.
Immediately after receiving the information, the leaders of Cu Kuin District Police directed and deployed a working group to quickly verify the report, and at the same time assigned forces to quickly approach Doc Lap Hill area (in Kniet village, Ea Ktur commune) to surround and prevent the subject from escaping.

Identifying these as the last 3 subjects out of 6 subjects directly involved in the attack on the headquarters of the People's Committees of Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur communes, Cu Kuin district on June 11, 2023, who are being specially wanted by the Dak Lak Provincial Police Investigation Security Agency for the crime of "Terrorism against the people's government" as prescribed in Article 113 of the Penal Code, the leader of Cu Kuin District Police directed the mobilization of a force of 50 district police officers and soldiers, 5 Ea Ktur Commune Police officers, along with professional units of the Provincial Police to surround the entire Doc Lap hill.
After the raid, the Cu Kuin District Police captured three especially dangerous wanted criminals: Y Khing Lieng (born in 1992, residing in Hoa Son Commune, Krong Bong District), Nay Duong (born in 1968, residing in Ea KLok Hamlet, Cu Pong Commune, Krong Buk District) and Y Hoal Eban (born in 1970, residing in Map Hamlet, Ea Pok Town, Cu M'gar District).
Cu Kuin District Police have seized a number of military weapons and primitive weapons hidden by the subjects. Currently, the Provincial Police are continuing to verify and consolidate the records to strictly handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
