Mr. Dinh Van Hoc - Secretary of the Son Lien Commune Youth Union (Son Tay), is known to everyone as a responsible, dynamic, enthusiastic youth union officer with volunteer activities, with many creative ideas, promoting the development of the local youth union movement. Mr. Hoc and the Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union organize many volunteer activities, repay gratitude and for poor students; coordinate with the commune's associations and unions to maintain the "Meals for Children" model to support lunch for children in difficult circumstances in 3 villages in the commune. In addition, Mr. Hoc also mobilized funds to implement the "Youth Union's foster children" model, supporting 6 students in difficult circumstances and orphans to have more learning conditions (500 thousand VND/student/quarter). At the same time, the Commune Union maintains organizing volunteer Saturday and Green Sunday activities, with many meaningful activities such as joining hands to implement the policy of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households, environmental protection activities...

According to Mr. Hoc, in the current period, each young person must determine his or her responsibility to pioneer in contributing youth to carry out meaningful tasks in the construction of the homeland and the country. "For mountainous areas, remote areas - where the rate of poor and disadvantaged households is high, the role of young people must be clearly demonstrated. Therefore, not only being a pioneer in economic development, I always strive to guide young people to develop livestock and crop models to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty," said Mr. Hoc.

Dr. Tran Ngoc An, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Young Doctors Club, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, also has many activities to support health care for people, especially poor patients in mountainous communes. Mr. An believes that as a young generation, he must always promote the spirit of creativity, dedication, and efforts in professional work to contribute to building his homeland with practical work. As Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, on average, each year, Mr. An conducts 2-3 free medical examinations and treatments for people in difficult areas in the province. In 2024 alone, Dr. An will conduct voluntary medical examinations and treatments in Son Tay, Tra Bong and Ly Son districts, providing free medicine to hundreds of poor patients. Every year, Mr. An and the Provincial Young Doctors Club conduct 3-4 voluntary medical examinations; Giving gifts to disadvantaged pediatric patients receiving treatment at the Provincial Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital.

Mr. An shared that in the period when the country is entering the Era of national development, each young person today must determine his or her role and responsibility in the face of new opportunities for the nation. Each young person must have ideals, aspirations, courage and a spirit of innovation and creativity with the spirit of "knowing how to think - daring to do". The pioneering mission requires each young person to strive to study and practice to contribute more to the community and society, contributing to building a prosperous country.

On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Quang Ngai youth have carried out many meaningful activities such as organizing social security activities, gratitude; journey to red addresses; organizing the festival "Healthy Children - Stepping Up to the Union"; building 15 red scarf houses; 10 children's playgrounds, 20 reading spaces... Thereby, promoting the volunteer role of young people. This is also an opportunity for young people to practice and foster patriotism and the desire to contribute.

In 2024, the youth in the province implemented 178 projects and youth works with a total cost of more than 2.7 billion VND. Of which, 20 new charity houses worth more than 1 billion VND were built; 19 roads were built, 65 youth roads were maintained "Bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe". Youth Union chapters at all levels organized voluntary blood donation, collecting over 11,000 units of blood; organized medical examinations and provided free medicine to nearly 8,000 people in difficult circumstances.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Ho Thi Thu Thanh said that the Provincial Youth Union has directed the Youth Union branches to promote propaganda and education on patriotic traditions, revolutionary ideals, ethics, and lifestyle for the young generation, considering this a key task. In particular, focusing on propaganda on the Quang Ngai Provincial Youth Union's electronic information page, the Fanpage system of all levels of the Youth Union with the following columns: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style"; "Protecting the Party's ideological foundation"; "Following Uncle Ho's footsteps"; "One good news every day - One beautiful story every week"... The key tasks in the work of the Youth Union, Association and youth movements are concretized by the Youth Union and Association branches into many movements and programs such as: "3 Good Students", "3 Training Students", "5 Good Students", "Volunteer Spring", "Green Summer" campaign, Youth Month... Thereby, attracting thousands of Youth Union members and young people to participate.

“In addition to promoting propaganda and education work, implementing projects and tasks to celebrate important political events in 2025, the Youth Union will step up support for young people in studying, career counseling, borrowing capital for economic development, starting a business, introducing jobs, and caring for disadvantaged young people...
