Khanh Hoa organizes the International Light Festival 'Glorious Galaxy'

On the nights of July 13 and 20, in Nha Trang City (Khanh Hoa Province), an international light show competition using thousands of drones will take place, called Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival, with the theme "Glorious Galaxy".

Nha Trang International Bay of Light Festival 2024 is the "key" event of Khanh Hoa's summer tourist season.

According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Tourism, the Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival 2024 is the most anticipated and prominent event of the year in Khanh Hoa province this summer, attracting the attention and participation of a large number of tourists, local people, domestic and international media.

According to the plan, the festival will have the participation of 4 teams from Korea, China, France, and UAE. The opening ceremony and the first competition night between the Korean and Chinese teams with the theme "Nha Trang shines - Glamour Nha Trang" will be held at April 2 Square, on the evening of July 13.

The second competition night was between the French and UAE teams with the theme "Night of the Wonders" and the closing ceremony was held at Vinpearl Harbor (Hon Tre Island, Nha Trang) on ​​the evening of July 20.

Each team uses at least 1,000 drones to present the culture and image of Khanh Hoa in the present and future (the performance of the competing teams lasts about 15 minutes), combined with modern music performances on stage, creating a vivid, attractive, and emotional overall picture.

Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival 2024 is the "key" event of Khanh Hoa's summer tourism season; expected to create an explosive event, promote and spread the image of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism to the international market, helping to realize the positioning of Khanh Hoa tourism brand on the world tourism map.

The festival also aims to create a unique tourism product of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa, becoming an annual event of the province, combined with destination communication work, creating an impression on global tourists; meeting the expectations of a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.

The festival is expected to attract more than 50,000 live audiences per performance at the performance area, including 1,500 guests from the province and sponsors.
