Early cancer screening for 800 people

Delegates visited the accelerator room at the Cancer Center, Thai Nguyen Central Hospital.

According to the plan, about 800 officials, civil servants and workers will receive health check-ups, consultations and screening for early cancer detection during this period.

Officials and civil servants of the Provincial Women's Union, female officials of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee, political and social organizations of Thai Nguyen City; officials and members of the Executive Committee of the Thai Nguyen City Women's Union and its bases; officials, civil servants and workers (both male and female) of Hoang Van Thu, Phan Dinh Phung, Dong Quang and Tuc Duyen wards (Thai Nguyen City) will be examined at the Oncology Center, Thai Nguyen Central Hospital. Each unit is arranged to be examined for 1 day, from April 10 to 30.

For Vo Nhai and Dong Hy districts, doctors and nurses from Thai Nguyen Central Hospital will conduct medical examinations at the District Medical Center on April 12 and 19, 2025.

The subjects of the examination include: Female leaders, officials of the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations; civil servants, members of the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the two districts and the grassroots.

At the Program, officials and civil servants received general health check-ups, thyroid ultrasound, abdominal ultrasound, ENT endoscopy...

This is a meaningful activity, aiming to raise awareness of cancer in the community for early detection, helping people to receive better treatment and prevention.
