Chau Tan Beach is located in Binh Chau Commune, Binh Son District, Quang Ngai Province, only about 25km from the center of Quang Ngai City, located on the "thousand-mile" route of Chu Lai Airport - Sa Ky Port - the journey to explore Ly Son Island, but for generations, this poetically beautiful beach has remained like "a sleeping coastal maiden" as many beauty lovers often compare. Perhaps because the road to this heartbreakingly beautiful beach is small, winding and difficult to travel, combined with the fact that it is nestled next to many fishing villages, this scenic spot has fortunately not been turned into a tourist attraction, its wild, poetic, and pure features remain intact.
Coming to Chau Tan, you will feel like you are lost in a peaceful place, completely separated from the hustle and bustle of the city. Standing before this vast and poetic landscape, breathing in the cool breeze mixed with the salty taste of the ocean, quietly watching the murmuring sound of the waves... I am sure that anyone will feel as if they are embracing this beautiful landscape in their arms, hiding and keeping it for themselves.
Chau Tan owns a blue sea, a long stretch of clean white sand, a calm sea, and rows of green poplar trees that will attract anyone who is looking for peace, wildness and simplicity. The proof is that many people and families have chosen this place to gather for swimming, picnicking, camping or beach sports not just once but many times.
Chau Tan Beach does not have resorts with many modern entertainment services, so it is suitable for short weekend trips or even if you just spend a few free hours a day to visit. And of course, you should only go in the summer from April to August. If you want to see the most beautiful scenery on the sea, as well as take the most impressive pictures, you should choose the time at dawn around 5:30 or 6:00 am, at 3:00 pm or at sunset around 4:30 pm or 5:00 pm, because the sunlight at this time is super pleasant and magical.
Chau Tan Quang Ngai beach is beautiful at all times of the day, whether it is a warm sunrise or a romantic sunset. Whenever you have time, you can walk along the beach and watch people frolicking happily in the clear blue water. Although life is busy, when you come to the peaceful Chau Tan beach, you will feel a little lighter.
The best way to enjoy this place is to sit on the sand, close your eyes and take a deep breath of the natural salty scent of the ocean, while feeling the gentle waves of the ocean caressing your feet, or look far away to see the fishermen's boats working diligently at sea, so simple but strangely familiar and attractive.
