DTO - On the evening of December 30, at Sa Dec City Square, Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee held the opening ceremony of the 1st Sa Dec Flower - Ornamental Festival in 2023. Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Tran Thanh Man - Politburo member, Permanent Vice President of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Vo Thi Anh Xuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; representatives of leaders of ministries, departments and central branches.
