Participating in these two training courses are 130 trainees, who are officials, civil servants, and public employees at district and commune levels in the following localities: Dien Ban, Hiep Duc, Dai Loc, Thang Binh, Duy Xuyen, Que Son, Tien Phuoc, and Tam Ky.

The training course took place from May 13 to 17, with 10 topics on perfecting the synchronous institution of sustainable development, developing a socialist-oriented market economy; the world situation affecting current national strategic thinking and foreign affairs; renewing the growth model, restructuring the economy on the basis of science, technology and innovation.

In addition, there are also topics on the vision of leaders and managers on local development; current ethnic and religious work in the locality; new rural construction, advanced new rural construction, model new rural construction; current anti-corruption work in the locality.

The knowledge and skills acquired will become important tools to help students apply them to leadership, management, and implementation of important political tasks in localities, agencies, and units in the current context.

It is known that in 2024, the Provincial Political School will organize 8 training courses to update knowledge for leaders and managers at all levels.

According to Regulation 164-QD/TW, dated February 1, 2013 of the Politburo on the training and knowledge updating regime for leaders and managers at all levels, during the term, cadres in subjects 1 to 4 must be trained and updated in knowledge according to regulations.
Through that, update new information, knowledge and professional skills to improve political awareness, ideology, ethics, lifestyle and working capacity for leaders and managers at all levels in the political system, meeting the requirements and tasks of the Party in the new situation.
