Hoa Lu Training and updating knowledge for staff, subject 4

On the morning of September 20, the Standing Committee of Hoa Lu District Party Committee held the opening ceremony of a training course to update knowledge for cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee in 2023 (subject 4) according to Regulation No. 164-QD/TW dated February 1, 2013 of the Politburo.

Attending the training course were 270 cadres who were Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, and members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of agencies and units under the District Party Committee; Heads and Deputy Heads of departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations of the district; Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committees, Chairmen, Vice Chairmen of the People's Councils, People's Committees, and members of the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of communes and towns; and Principals of schools in the district.

At the training course, the trainees studied two topics: Some new points in Party building and rectification (from the 13th National Party Congress to present) and the topic on office culture and public ethics delivered by lecturers from the Provincial Political School and Dr. Le Doan Hop, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Minister of Information and Communications.

Hoa Lu District Party Committee — Hoa Lu District Party Secretary Bui Thien Thi delivered the opening speech of the training course.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Mr. Bui Thien Thi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee affirmed: Training and fostering work is a key task of the Party, the focus of personnel work; the goal and requirement of the training course is to update new information and knowledge to improve political awareness, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and working capacity for the leadership and management team, meeting the requirements, standards, and titles in each working position.

He requested that students strictly follow the program, content, and class time; arrange time to fully attend class.

The training course took place over two days, September 20 and 21. Through training, updating information, new knowledge and professional skills for the staff, it contributed to improving political awareness, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and working capacity for the team of leaders and managers in the district's political system to meet the requirements and assigned tasks in the new situation.
